How we use it

We use inquiry information to understand your request, respond to you, determine whether the work is a fit, and protect the website from spam or misuse. We do not sell inquiry information.

How long we keep it

We retain web inquiry records for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed to continue a conversation, meet a legal obligation, or resolve a dispute.

Service providers

The website uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site. Inquiry email is delivered to TheBellWorkshop through Resend. These providers process information only as needed to operate their services.

Do not send secrets

Please do not send passwords, access codes, payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials through the contact form. If sensitive information is needed for an assignment, we will establish an appropriate secure channel.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information by emailing contact@thebellworkshop.com. We may need to retain limited information where required to protect the business or meet a legal obligation.
